Monitor your Weight. Cut down on junks Eat healthy and well-balanced diet Exercise - Men should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity a week. Reduce alcohol intake to the barest minimum to not more than 14 units of alcohol. Quit smoking - Cigarette smokers are at risk of many chronic diseases and die 10 years younger than non smokers.
