Is there any natural method of cleaning the teeth that can be used for children instead of toothpaste?

A non-fluoridated toothpaste (infants specific) is recommended for children less than 1 yr. Most of these toothpastes are specially formulated and are tagged ‘safe’ even when there’s accidental ingestion. The earlier you introduce your children to brushing with the appropriate toothpaste, the better their oral hygiene.

These white teeth that we always see on billboards and ads around are they genuinely achievable? If yes, what are the safest methods to achieve them. Because different people say different things on YouTube and blogs and it's hard to know which is both effective and not harmful to the body.

“White” is relative...We all have different shades (hue) of teeth and its been researched to be inversely proportional to your body complexion. Some exceptions apply though.
Note: Don’t aim for whiter teeth, rather aim for cleaner and healthier teeth.

Sometimes when we want to brush and the dirt is stuck at the root of the teeth which is close to the gum. If you try to brush that place, it's usually painful? and some times it makes the gum bleed. In cases like this, what other options asides toothbrush can be used to clean the teeth?

Scaling and polishing at a reputable dental clinic is the solution. Don’t try getting rid of dental calculus (tartar) on your own, you’ll only succeed in traumatizing your gums.

Whenever I'm brushing the teeth of a child below 3 years, I noticed that all they do is lick toothpaste and drink water. So what's a healthy replacement for that?

That’s why a smear is enough, Please and please, use age specific toothpastes for your kids. There are different formulations for infants, children and adults. The other alternative for infants (less than 1yr) is cotton roll dipped in a warm saline mouth bath. To prepare the saline mouth bath, titrate a leveled TEASPOONFUL of salt in WARM water. With your cotton roll, Gently massage your infants gum pads and teeth.

This flossing of a thing..... Do you do it with anyhow rope or is there a special rope for it

Dental floss is the special ‘rope’ for this. You can get this at any mall or supermarket close to you.

I've heard some people say that toothpaste that contains Floride abi fluorine are good but constant use can harm the body so they advice that you can brush your teeth twice a day but not every day. How true is this?

Brush your teeth twice daily and I mean, EVERYDAY. Make sure you rinse well after brushing your teeth also to avoid or minimize fluoride ingestion. Please note that Fluoridated toothpastes are VERY safe for use. Kindly discard all myths.

Which type of Toothpaste is recommended for toothbrushing?

A Fluoridated Toothpaste is recommended for Toothbrushing. Nursing and lactating Mothers should get infant-specific toothpastes for their wards.
